Marianne Dennie
Director of Client Services
Marianne Dennie brings nearly four decades of experience in the financial services industry, with a career defined by dedication to clients, deep industry knowledge, and a lifelong commitment to service.
Marianne began her career in 1985 as a temporary Sales Assistant at Boatmen's Investment Services shortly after the passing of her husband at age 38 from Multiple Sclerosis. During this pivotal time, she found purpose and stability in her work, laying the foundation for a long and impactful career in financial services.
In 1994, she earned her Series 7 license, followed by additional securities and insurance licensing (Series 6 and Insurance) in 1995. Working closely for many years with the same advisor across multiple firms, Marianne was actively involved in trading securities and supporting comprehensive financial planning for a substantial book of business. Her hands-on experience gave her a deep understanding of both the technical and personal sides of wealth management.
Marianne spent a significant portion of her career at Robert W. Baird & Co., where she served clients until her early retirement in September 2020 due to age-related requirements during the COVID period. She briefly worked with a father-and-son advisory team at Triad Wealth before finding a strong cultural and professional fit with Peter LeBlanc and Brady Curtis at Integrated Planning Advisors.
While Marianne no longer holds active securities licenses, she maintains an inactive insurance producer license and holds a permanent CE exemption due to her age. Her passion for helping clients, however, remains unchanged. She continues to take great pride in supporting clients, answering questions, and applying her extensive industry experience to ensure matters are handled thoroughly and thoughtfully.
Outside of work, Marianne is a proud mother to a daughter who is a surgical nurse specializing in medical devices and a grandmother to three college-aged grandsons. In her personal time, she enjoys tending to her hosta and perennial garden, sewing, and quilting. One of her recent projects included creating a quilt for her grandson's fraternity fundraiser benefiting cystic fibrosis research.
Marianne approaches life-and work-with optimism and gratitude, guided by her belief that "it's what you make of it," and that your cup is always at least half full.
